443 # 422 Capsule Contents and Guild Establishment Meeting.txt

When I logged in at night, Leapling was having a rough time of it. It was caused by the capsules everyone had replaced. I can't move, so I'm immensely disappointed when I ask to see them.

First, here's what Tyrol and the others came up with after replacing the capsules.

Bestia Makina.

It's a dog robot. They used to be a popular toy. Mr. Al had a different name again.

Awesome Makina.

It's a bird robot. That's very Al. They're each cute, but... this is terrible.

Rikku-san, Takuma was guessing a male ex machina and Aroma was guessing a female ex machina.

'It's not what I was looking for~!

Well, you'll want to scream. In case you're wondering, Luke didn't have enough points, so he traded in his fairy summons. I'm not going to say anything because I can already see everyone's punchline.

Apparently everyone's points are at the border of 2,000,000 points this time. It seems that most of the people who were able to get to the point where they defeated the Demon King Bael were able to do so. It's quite a blur of damage points and bonus points, though.

Then I thought Noah, who was talking to Raiden-san about something, came over here, and his belly was chubby.

''...Nii. I'm having a baby.

"What?

Noah's bombshell made them all blurt out unexpectedly.

'Please don't play with them... they're your precious eggs...'

Hmm.

Nowa pulls a dragon egg out of his belly. No, it's the kind of stuff a kid would do, but when Nowa does it now, it looks like it's not a game.

Then he hears the commotion and when everyone gathers around, his eyes are on Ex Machina and the others.

'Summoners are a bit of a gamble...'

It's easy for us to change out a set of equipment and be done with it.

What do you think Mr. Tact is going to trade?

I've made up my mind.

When I tell them what I'm going to decide on, they all look at each other.

''I'm scared...''

Well, it's nitroglycerin and phosphorus. No wonder they're scared. And when Ruin and his friends found out about the island's ability, they were in shock. Apparently, they made it so that only those who could be exchanged would know about the island's capabilities.

''I have a feeling that Tact-kun is trying to crush us...''

'I don't know what it means to be more productive than a production worker...'

'You'll get it every day, whereas the others will end up exchanging it and you'll get it every day. It's an imbalance level.

Yeah, I thought so, too. That's what I thought.

Well, I'll use it all by myself.

'That's the problem!

I'm pissed off... it's a result of me and Lily and the others' hard work, so I don't blame them. I mean...

No one has a seal stone.

I'm curious, though.

'It's a long way off. I feel like we're prioritizing immediate success.

Well, it happens. Then here's where Sharrow gave me the promised exchange. We got a shrimp. Why shrimp? Because I love shrimp.

Since we've all come together, we've decided to talk about the future.

'I'm sure you've noticed, Tact-kun, but I think it's time we moved on to creating a guild.

What does a guild do anyway?

There?

I'm kind of familiar with it, but I don't know if it's a benefit or not.

'Well, it's basically the same as a clan. As I'm sure you've been briefed on, a guild is made up of several clans. The biggest advantage is that starting with this event, we're going to be guild-based, so there's a good chance that future events will be as well.

'Or almost certainly will be. Can you see how that would put us at a disadvantage if we stay in the Clan?

Is this about collaboration?

'Yeah... it's totally different when you're doing an event with people you usually know and people you don't know at all. Because the people you don't know aren't always good players either.

Hmm. I certainly don't like to do events with people I don't like. And I've gotten into a lot of trouble at events. That's a big deal.

And it's also easier to make plans. Some people just can't get their party members and legions together, and there's no way they'll be able to make it work. With a guild, I can bring in other players without worrying about it. This is almost impossible for a summoner to do.

'It's a pretty important factor in a profession like ours. It's pretty hard to get your schedule together.

Mostly my sisters!

You're a college student, so that's not an option. Does that make it tougher for you to get on the field? I'd do that if I could manage it.

''Other than that, you'll be able to take quests that are exclusive to the guild, and if you have production jobs in the guild, you'll be able to get items cheaper, and you'll be less likely to run out of items at the event itself. I can't say for sure, though.

I guess that's not an option... and it looks like production is finally getting back on track. Next, the drawbacks.

'First, we need money, a home, and members to set up a guild. The money is basically going to have to come from all of us. For the home, in our case, we'll have to build a home here or a new one. As for the members, we'll each have more than enough for our needs.

The guild's policy is very important when selecting members. For example, the guild is not allowed to accept anyone other than those who are hard at work on the attack, but if there are those who are dedicated to the attack and those who are not, the guild will collapse.

Well, that's what happens when there's a difference in heat level or something... I'm working on my strategy, but I don't have that much heat in me. It's enough to make me want to go to a new field.

The rest of the time, if there's a level difference, it's important to keep up with the leveling up of the guild and improve the strength of the guild as a whole.

It means we won't be able to be all about strategy all the time.

M~ I've been there before, but I'm not very good at it.

"Are people that easy to get together in the first place?

It's gonna happen.

He assured me.

'Tact you are without a doubt the strongest player in EO at the moment. Just having that player move to establish a guild will bring a crowd of players.

'To top it all off, it's this island... this island that solves the material shortage and ensures stability is something production jobs want at their throats. And what that means for you, Mr. Tact, is that you own it, and it means that you'll be able to get a lot of the latest materials from the most conquering players in the EO right now, every day.

''In addition to the weapon armor, the items will be up to date. Honestly, Crow's guild is a bomb that can crush you in an instant.

I heard that Crowe and the others are buying materials from the players and struggling to make ends meet. In contrast, I end up mining on the island and getting the most powerful materials in large quantities, and the difference is just too much.

''It's just one material at first, but if it doubles, you'll have over 100 materials in a week, it's a mess.

It's going to be an island where you can make all the items and weapons you want.

It's great to be told again... or I feel like we're all talking about using it before we know it.

I feel like the idea of me using it myself is gone?

Huh? People are looking at you like you're cold.

You know... tact. The island? Island. You might be able to do it at first, but do you think you can handle the entire island's production on your own, Tact?

I think.

Tact, you... you're actually an awful idiot...

I didn't expect Arleigh to say that to me... and then I got a concentrated attack from everyone. Yug and Yuna in particular were amazing.

'How long do you think it will take them to just chop down a tree!

'And the vegetables! There's no way you can do that when you're working hard in the Verdore vineyard!

Very true.

Of course, since the owner is Tact-kun, of course the material is Tact material. But it's not possible in time for him to supplement the production with just him. That's why it's written in the owner's permission or something. We'll help you produce the island, so can you sell the materials at guild price?

That's all I can do... can I start with you?

What is it?

''I could redeem points for various other materials, but could you use them for the island?''

You can demand that much.

'Of course. 'I'll use any production items we trade for the island. And we'll use whatever items we can procure. Are you guys okay with that?

Of course!

And I'll give you a free hand with whatever we make on the island, Tact. I'm going to have to do some research on the money from the sales. I'm sure it will be a tremendous amount of money. I don't think the money is evenly distributed yet.

That's fine.

Now that we're done with the island, we'll be moving on to the guild.

First of all, it was decided that we would continue to work together as we have been doing up until now, but with the same priority on real life.

Furthermore, we decided on everyone's role.

Tact: Guild Master
Ruin: Sub-Guildmaster, Overseer of Production
Mew: Deputy General Manager of Production
Full Moon: male combatant supervisor
Yoichi: Male Combat Vice President
Mel: Female Combat Officer in charge
Yuko: Female Combat Vice President
Tyrol: Female Summoner Overseer
Aroma: Vice President of Female Summoner
Roku: Male Overseer of Summoners
Takuma: Vice President of Male Summoner
Raiden: Supervisor of Beast Handlers
Saba Can: Sub-Guildmaster, Chief Information Officer

At last, Guilmas... but Ruin-san and the others will be running the real operation.

The guild master is the face of the guild. It can't be anyone but Takuto-kun. There's no need to change Takuto-kun's play style, so will you accept it?

Aye!

Even Lily and the others are screaming... it's the only way. We'll do what we have to do. If they don't, they can change places with us.

And Takuma and Aroma are now official guild members. We've also contacted Sababan, Shallow, and Tetsushin, and they became our guild members.

First of all, Sababan and his team found the island to be too big for their robot development. According to the story, they wanted to try their hand at alloys, but they were limited by the materials available. If they can make it on the island, they will have a chance to challenge such things. I'd like to see a robot, too.

Sharrow and his team decided on the island and Sknavikona, where they could fish as much as they wanted. I can see why the island is so important for a production worker.

Mr. Ironheart and the others are apparently being treated like they're already one of us. They made the decision when I told them that we are a guild that gives priority to realism and leaves the field strategy to them. That's very reassuring.

Hikage and the others dismissed it because they're trying to be a ninja guild. Nick is in a different country, so we need to check it out a bit. The result was no good. In this situation, we have no choice but to work together.

This is only temporary. Since it's still a mystery how many people will be gathered, it was decided to assign each of them a role and decide on the initial guild members.

The name of the guild was adopted as Leaping's name. It's because it's the most well-known. The emblem was thought up by Ruin and the others. Basically, it's an emblem of Reepling, but the weapons they used became an ordinary sword and hammer.

The dragon represents Lily and her friends...that is, the summoner, the sword represents an ordinary player and the hammer represents a production worker. It was decided to create it as a guild with each of these players working together.
