1106 Episode 1106

Passing by the adventurers, Ray frowns faintly.
It wasn't that I had any particular feelings for the adventurers.
The speed of kicking the desert was overwhelmingly slower than usual.
Come to think of it, Gorsuch... exactly after coming to the Ferris Desert, the match was decided when Ray fired his twilight spear from the back of Sett to the first Sand serpent.
The bandits who fought after Sand Serpent were essentially paralyzed by shouts from the king of Seto, which took place on the deck of the ship.
And the palm crab that fought earlier, Ray only did it by jumping out of the set and drawing the palm crab's attention.
It's been a long time since I fought in the desert, but it's hard to do.

(I knew it, but don't take more time than I expected. no speed)

Watching Sandlizard approaching him, Ray is inwardly dissatisfied.
That speed, however, could have been described as quick enough for adventurers and... and for Sandlizzards, who are rapidly shrinking in their distance from Ray.
That's because Ray's speed seems faster than the rest of course.

"Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!"

The leading Sandrizard raises his alarm when he sees a completely different entity heading straight toward them than the adventurers he's been pursuing.
You can't remember by looking at human faces, but you can still tell by size or number.
Most importantly, Sandrizzardman could see that something had fallen in their direction a few seconds earlier.
I couldn't tell what it was, but when I showed up like this, I could understand exactly what it was.

"Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!"

The leading Sandlizzardman thrusts his three-pronged spear... at Ray, who is heading towards him.
The attack was so confident that given the speed at which Ray was approaching, the tip of Trident's ear would penetrate his body.
Small as it is, there are few places to eat. That's how Sandlizzardman thought, but the next moment his head is crushed and his consciousness sinks into darkness.

"Yes,"

The twilight spear strike, evading Trident's blow, easily smashes the head of the leading Sandrizzardman.
After delivering the blow, he kicks through the air with Slapnil's shoes, killing the momentum and standing on the sand.
It looks like it's stuck between Sandlizzardman and the four adventurers who were running away.
Ray muttered admiringly at the twilight spear in his hand.
The use of throwing was experienced when used on a trial basis in the guild of Guillum and during the battle against Sand Serpent.
But this is the first time they have used it as a spear directly in their hands to fight against the enemy, let alone in training.
That's why he looked a little surprised at how easily he had knocked down Sandlizzardman with this blow.

"Look, what's wrong with you? You want to attack them, don't you?"

I don't think he really understood Ray's words as he muttered with his spear in his twilight.
But the Sandlizzards clearly recognized Ray as their enemy.

"Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!"
"Kisha, ya ya ya ya!"
"Oh my gosh!"

If each screams, point the tip of the weapon in your hand at Ray.

"Are they Trident, too?" What? Is this the standard weapon for them?"

Ray questions the three-pronged spear that is aimed at him, but Sandrizzardman can't answer it because he doesn't understand the language in the first place.
Strangely enough, Ray and Sandrizzardman all face each other with their spears.
The four adventurers who were watching it would discuss whether they could get away from it in the near future, but in the end they would end up looking at it calmly.
We still didn't know what Ray was, but there's no doubt he helped us.
If Ray had not been a human being, he might have escaped.
But even though they're hooded and can't see their faces, Ray still speaks the language they understand.
It's only natural that you feel so close to Sandlizzardman that you can't compare him to being completely speechless.
And if you're wearing a hood and you can't see your face, it's the same for the four adventurers.
We travel through the desert, to block out the sunlight even a little... and to keep our heads covered with turbans and our faces as little as possible in the open air.
They must be skilled adventurers and spear masters because they have come to help themselves.
The four adventurers thought of Ray that way, but the next moment, Ray's words clench up.

"What's the matter? Come here. I'm novice at spears. If you use it directly in your hand, let alone throw it."
"Hey! Hey!"

He put his life to Ray because he thought they were by far the strongest.
Under such circumstances, it was only natural for men to feel uneasy when they were told that Ray's spear could only be treated as a beginner.

"Don't worry," Even if you're a beginner at spears, you're not a beginner at all."

He must have judged it a good opportunity to turn his back and call out to the four adventurers. The Sandlizzards move in unison.
In order not to notice Ray looking back, he runs toward Ray without speaking out.

"Hey! Back! Back!"
"I know,"

He nods to what the supposed leader of the quartet says, and turns to the sand lizard who attacks him.
At the same time, they use the movement to mow down the spear of twilight.
The subsequent echoes are a series of high-pitched metallic sounds.
The sound came from Ray's undoubtedly twilight spear.
But what's surprising is that the current series of actions has prevented all the Trident attacks that the Sandrizzards have launched so easily.

(Well, I could have gathered it up and flung it out of my hand if it was death-size.)

Still, Ray glances at the unawares of the Sandlizzards, complaining.
The death size is very light when held by Ray or Sett...it only feels like a dead tree, but it actually weighs about 100 kg.
That's how heavy things are shaken as easily as dead trees, and it's a combination of Ray's power and magic.
Most weapons could be destroyed if such a blow was taken as a matter of course.
But the spear of twilight is different.
It's one of the best magic items, but it doesn't weigh much.
Unless it was magical, I was not doing it now, as long as I was watching Sandrizzardman as a practicing spearman.

"Well, then I only wish I could get used to fighting with spears...!"

Quickly put the spear back in hand and stick it out.
The thrusts that were released from the feet on the sandy ground in a way that interlocks with the twists of the body, such as hips, back, arms, wrists, etc., do not appear to be the ones that a beginner at spears has fired.
At least, in the eyes of the four adventurers, they saw nothing but a blow from a skilled warrior.
In particular, there is only one of the four who holds a spear, and that person is wide-eyed by Ray's blow.

"Sharp... What a sharp blow!"

Most of the face is hidden like everyone else, but you'll still recognize it as a woman if you hear her voice.
From a woman's point of view, Ray's blow was probably due to his unfamiliarity with handling spears.
But... nevertheless, Ray's blow was undoubtedly a powerful one, and the muttering of the woman's mouth was remarkable.
Ray is doing the same thing as a woman did when she made the most of her years of training... no, she's only taking a blow with her physical ability and intuition to move.
Not very much, but for a woman, Ray's attack was incomprehensible... not something I wanted to understand.
Unaware of being seen like that, Ray forces the twilight spear into the trident's trident's three-pronged section of a sandlizardman's, and, as soon as he sees it, forces him to repel the twilight spear.
The fact that the tips of the spears are divided into three prongs means that the range of attack is wider than that of ordinary spears.
At the same time, however, it meant that a person with more than a certain skill or physical ability could even try to entangle his or her weapon by stabbing it into a forked area.
Indeed, Ray's twilight spear blow proved it.

"Kiss!"

The Sandrizzardman, apparently unsure of what had happened, exclaims... that's a big opportunity.

"Huh!"

Ray will not miss the gap, and after a repulsive move, he quickly returns to his hands and strikes again.
