Surely Phil was the incredible man, and the 'Abyssal Basilisk' that had been erected for centuries had actually been ignited by him!
If the senior magicians who came toe-to-toe and ended up fleeing in ashes saw this scene, I wonder how they would feel.

Wait a minute. What's that flame? A piercing scream?
And....
A claw made of white flames had actually appeared! What's going on here?
It all happened so suddenly that by the time I reacted, the white claws had actually caught Phil in mid-air!
"Attack it!"
Phil in the sky shouted out.
Yes, attack!
"Queen of Ice, in my name I call upon thee who stands at the top of the endless frost! Come, the teardrop that fell to earth - the ice drop!"
Phil's been telling me to increase my casting speed, and now, I can finally summon Icefall in under 10 seconds!
But now isn't the time to relax, I can't control the direction of the magic as easily as Phil can, and I have to control it until it falls!
But before my ice drop could fall, the white flames suddenly became more ferocious and grabbed Phil all at once!
"Phil!"
Just distracted, the ice fall immediately turned into shards in the air, turning into shards of ice.
But Miss Alicia, who was beside her, rushed straight out like the wind, her two short swords crossed over her chest, and ran straight towards the flames!
"Orgy . Purgatory Cross Strangle!"
A huge red cross unfurled from behind her, then spun like a whirlwind!
Immediately afterwards, Alicia's entire body turned into a red shadow that rushed towards the flames holding Phil and slammed into it!

The white flame actually just shook and then swallowed Alicia whole. .
The flames that had captured Phil before also shrank back, and then remained still.

A flash of white light, and as soon as my vision returned I found myself in mid-air!
"So exciting?"
Then, unable to resist the force of gravity, I began to fall downward with the acceleration.
Flight!
The sheet-winged angel wings opened quickly, but, for some reason, couldn't actually fly!

I landed hard on the ground before I finished that sentence, and a muffled sound brought my face into intimate contact with Mother Earth.
"That hurts...where the hell is this?"
Rising from the ground, I looked around.
The sky and the surrounding area were blue with no end in sight, and there was nothing else around except the walkway I was currently on.
Looking at the small map...there was only one thing I could think of that was similar to this thing.
"No way, it's actually a maze?"
"Aaaaahhhhh!!!"
Suddenly, screams came from above me, and when I looked up, a black spot in the sky was zooming by.
Oh my God, someone else had fallen?
"Orb . Extreme Storm!"
The green air currents climbed upward quickly, and the person who fell fell fell right down the middle, the rising air currents holding her up.
Then I reached out and picked the other up.
"Alia?"

Alicia, obviously not expecting it to be me who actually caught her, looked at me for a long moment, then suddenly said.
"That... can you put me down first?"
"Sure."
Slowly putting Alicia down, I then asked.
"Are you okay?"
"Nothing...here's..."
Alicia slowly came back to her senses, then looked around and asked.
"I don't know, I just fell into this place just like you did, but you're okay, at least someone else caught it, but I fell straight to the ground."
"Don't worry, if I had fallen first, you would have fallen straight to the ground as well."

"What, and you expect me to catch you?"
"Of course I don't expect it, but it would be nice if you at least lied to me and said you'd catch me... No, shouldn't you be less powerful for a warrior than I am?"
