191-Interpersonal practice

Tsutomu, who had finished watching Aldoret Crow's battle against the Winter General with Diniel, handed her the material again and had her prep it with him. If he didn't do this, Diniel would definitely skip it, so he couldn't take his eyes off of it.

''Make sure you have all this in mind. If you haven't done it, I'll make you do it next week on your day off.
..........

After being so nailed down, Diniel seemed reluctant and began to look through the Winter General's materials. After confirming this, Tsutomu walked out of her room and took a breath that it was finally over.

Even though Aldoret Crow hadn't been able to break through the Winter General in this battle, it was still a good match. It's not too late to break through, so Tsutomu is going to work even harder. In order to do so, we need to get Diniel, a PT member, to do his best, so we need to keep moving him around.

'Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Oh, it's so heavy!
I'm tired...

I went downstairs to the living room, and there was Amy humming and looking at a large amount of clothes, and Corina and Hanna with a large shopping bag in their hands, whispering to each other. It seems that the three of them have come back to the Clan House after finishing their shopping.

I leave the clan house while greeting the three of them lightly and head to the guild. And when I went to the training grounds to practice, there was something of a buzz of people there.

'Huh, you're doing pretty well! As expected of a single conqueror of the labyrinth!
..........

A loud, theatrical voice came from the crowd, and Tsutomu went to take a look with a puzzled look on his face. Then there was Zeno, his silver hair drenched in sweat, and Weiss, who was silent, confronting him with a weapon. Behind them, Garum, Daryl, and Amira also seemed to be engaged in a mock battle with the attackers of the Red Devil Gang.

I don't know when they got to the point of practicing together with the Red Demon Squad, but Tsutomu sighed when he saw the four of them fighting hard.

(On the contrary, those guys could learn to rest a little more...)

Zeno doesn't keep track because he's basically going home to his wife's house, but Garum and Daryl never misses a private practice, even if it's on holiday. Amira, in addition, tries to go to the dungeon with Tsutomu in tow, which is a nice inconvenience.

However, Tsutomu also likes to practice in dungeons, so he doesn't feel bad about it, although he sometimes says he doesn't like it. And since that role became Corrina's, I was invited less often than before, so I felt a little lonely inside.

But even though I've strictly ordered him to take a break at least once a week, he still ends up practicing privately. Tsutomu looked at the four of them with a dumbfounded look and then began to practice his skills in a private training area.

The Winter General's powerful blizzard-causing attacks make it impossible to use too many flies. Therefore, support from the ground with a lowered viewpoint is essential, so Tsutomu sealed his fly from the snowfield hierarchy and stood around all the time.

It's a good thing that he's been able to get used to the support from the ground because of that, so honestly, it's not something that he needs to practice that much. To begin with, I practice support recovery skills on a regular basis in my spare time, so there's no reason for me to come to the training grounds.

'Airblaze.

As such, what Tsutomu practices using the training grounds is essentially primarily offensive skills. The Airblade and its higher-level counterpart, the Airblaze. The others are Holly, which dispels evil with holy light, and Holy Wing, a physical attack version of it. Five types of flashes that can also be used to lightly dazzle, and since those aren't something that can be practiced in everyday life, they were thoroughly practiced in the training grounds and dungeons.

However, Airblade and Airblaze have a fixed phenomenon of flying wind blades, so their application is not that useful. So these two are practiced with an emphasis on keeping the use mental power constant.

The Holy Wing is also a sharp feather of the holy attribute, so it is not that useful in its application. The only thing you can do is to increase or decrease the power, or narrow or expand the attack range depending on your imagination.

'Holy.

It is worth noting that the skill is called Holy. This, like the support skill, is not that restrictive. For example, if you imagine a sword while chanting Holy, you can create a sword of light, or you can make it fly. It's the only skill of the White Mage's attack skills that can be applied in a variety of ways, just like the Support Skill.

However, the holy attribute is only effective against dark monsters. If it is a physical attack, the Holy Wing is still a physical attack, but the magical attack, Holy, can only do damage to dark monsters. Therefore, when it was applied, it had the flaw of not being very useful.

However, it would be extremely useful in the Wilderness Hierarchy, as it would be the biggest weakness against undead types. Besides, Tsutomu knew that there would be more monsters that would pass through the holy attribute from the eighty-first level, so he had practiced the application of the holy in advance.

And after spending two hours practicing the five different skills, Tsutomu took a sip of the slightly tasteless blue potion created by the forest apothecary's apprentice to replenish his spiritual strength.

''Ew.''

After sticking out his blue-tinted tongue at the slightly guttural aftertaste, Tsutomu left the private training area and went through the exit procedure at the reception desk.

Incidentally, since the temperature becomes negative in the latter half of the Snowfield Hierarchy and the Winter General battle, it is necessary to take care that the potions do not freeze. Moreover, it has been confirmed that the Winter General also acts to block the explorers from drinking potions by sending cold air and so on. Therefore, it is best to assume that those targeted by the Winter General are not allowed to use potions.

Aldrete Crow had introduced expensive magic tools using fire magic stones for now, so that he could drink potions at the right temperature consistently at any time.

However, a recent newspaper article said that the old lady at the forest apothecary had succeeded in developing a candy-like potion that could be properly effective. Tsutomu was given a prototype the other day for him to try personally, so he plans to try it tomorrow.

Tsutomu personally doesn't need to put too much thought into the details of practicing with the first team PT. However, the other four members of the team have also been explorers for a long time, so it seems that there are no more problems with cooperation. The difference in thinking between the tanks has been largely resolved as well, as Zeno is not afraid to notice it, and the attackers may clash with each other, but they are good friends to begin with, so there is no problem.

As for Tsutomu, despite the fact that Diniel and Amy are on good terms with each other, I'd like to praise out loud the fine relationship between them, as they are able to confront each other head on.

This tends to be the case in mid-level clans that are neither enjoyers nor gung-ho clans, but when clan members are too close to each other, they often don't voice their opinions to each other. Even if it's not efficient, it's better to not say anything, because it's easier to get rid of the horns and the relationship goes more smoothly. So we often end up playing in a stagnant, laid-back manner, without saying anything to each other.

Of course there is a way to play that way, and Tsutomu doesn't deny it at all. If it's just the enjoyment crowd, it's very fun to play "Live Dungeon! You could play the But at least the Infinite Circle is not that kind of clan, so it would be more efficient to have them disagree with each other and have Tsutomu, the clan leader, determine the best solution.

Amy and Diniel had already had that clash of opinions several times. But normally, when opinions clash, the relationship becomes acrimonious, and Tsutomu has experienced that arbitration on several occasions. But the two of them had almost no such bad atmosphere, and they were calmly expressing their opinions to each other. That was like a god to Tsutomu, the clan leader.

And Xeno, who at first glance seemed to be a bundle of pride, is surprisingly gentlemanly towards Garum. Of course, he doesn't concede the core of himself, but he has a great deal of flexibility in his thinking, which allows him to see things in a flexible way. In addition, he is the best mood-maker among the men of the Mugenrana Circle, so he is a welcome lubricant between the PTs.

But if you think about it in terms of strength, it's a question of how far Xeno can go against the Winter General. The results of the mock battles were also fourth in the first army PT, the lowest among tank attackers, and even in the battle against Mount Golem, there were only Daryl's articles and not many of Zeno's.

But Diniel, who is vulnerable to the cold, and Amy, who is not as vulnerable to the cold as her Elf girlfriend, were also vulnerable to the cold, so in some respects I wanted to employ Zeno, who could use Ember Aura as an environmental countermeasure. But that alone would not be enough to break through the 80th level for the first time.

Even if you have a Garum that can use the Limits, there's no way you're going to be able to deal with the Winter General on your own. That's why I included Zeno the tank, but I had also thought of a PT where Tsutomu and Korina's Healer 2 would provide thorough support to Garum. While it's not quite the same as Aldoret Crow with an attached magician, it still works to some extent.

But Tsutomu still made the choice to include Xeno. I'm sure you'll be able to find out more about this in the next few months. Besides, the stories he heard from Zeno's wife, who was well known among the labyrinth maniacs, made Tsutomu decide on the first army PT.

''Come on! Please give me another bottle! Mr. Weiss!
Give it a rest...

He has enough stamina to make Weiss tell him to rest, at least as much as Garum and Daryl. Of course, the value of VIT (sturdiness) increases the physical strength as well, but again, there is a difference between those who have basic training and those who haven't.

It's a very good idea to have a good idea of what you're going to do with it. Tsutomu is about to enter his first year as an explorer, but even so, Korina, who has worked as both an explorer and a nurse for several years now, has more physical strength.

She has the physical strength to be able to keep up with Garum and Daryl, and a humanity that is full of light. There is also the recruiting point of having skills in environmental countermeasures, but if that's the only person, Tsutomu won't hire him. After observing the four people who were still engaged in a mock battle for a while, Tsutomu returned to the clan house without being noticed.
