343-Relative to family

The salamander, which was in the hood section of Leleia, slithered out, squinting his eyes in annoyance as a Fenrir child, about the same size as a large dog, suddenly appeared, causing the PT members to be in a tizzy. Then he meets eyes with a white Fenrir child who is slightly muddy and dirty.

Salamander shakes his head up and down as if to say hello. Then the Fenrir child flapped his bushy tail behind him, moving his eyes as if to catch it. With such a tail hitting his leg, Leleia made an indescribable face, but gently slipped out from underneath and stood up.

''Wah!''

Then Fenrir's child jumped up with a whimper and put his paws on her. Its eyes sparkled as if it wanted the salamander on Leleia's shoulder, and herself, to play with it.

Gazing into those too pure eyes, Leleia naturally reached out and stroked her head to calm her down. Then the child began to breathe with a look of forgiveness on his face and stuck out his tongue with a huff and puff.

''That's Fenrir's child.......right? I've never seen you away from your parents before.
Cute.
Is it safe to approach...?

I've conquered the ninety-two levels a few times, but Fenrir and his children are the basic set. Even so, I've seen the parents on their own at one point, but I've never seen the kids on their own.

''........Is this okay?''
'Hmm? But that's okay, isn't it? And he seems to be happy about it.

Even to Corina, who was near Leleia, Fenrir's child was not so wary of her, but closed her eyes as she stroked her throat and looked comfortable. Seeing them, Daryl and Hanna approached with trepidation, and touched Fenrir's child.

''He's something of a dog, but he's a solid monster, isn't he?''
If we had one in the family, it wouldn't be afraid of the stampede!

If you look closely, the mud that clung to the white fur gradually frosted over and dried up and fell in a flurry. Fenrir could exercise ice magic more powerful than an ice dragon, and its children were no exception. Furthermore, looking at its solid muscles and sharp fangs, which can be seen when you touch it, you can tell that it is a strong presence even among monsters.

''Cuuuu........''
Why did you...
It's your eyes and your vibe, I swear. Why don't you fix it?

But when Diniel approached, he let out a frightened squeal and went down on his wolf ears, so she didn't even approach him, let alone touch him, considering it was the first time he had contact with Fenrir's child on his own. Diniel muttered as he squeezed out in the face of such a cruel reality, and Daryl advised her to do so, feeling her cackling eyes and hunter-like atmosphere.

The child of Fenrir, a female, if you will, behind Leleia to hide from Diniel, she sits with the appearance of a loyal dog waiting for orders. It's a good thing that you're able to have a good time with them.

''I don't want you to stare at me like that.
..........
'Since you've never done anything like this before, it's probably safe to play it safe. Why don't you just stick it out with Daryl?
What?
''I'm only half joking, but it would be great if you could help us out if you can. At this rate, Diniel might get in trouble for exploring the dungeon.
'Absolutely not! And I don't think it would matter to anyone, so I think it could be Hannah!
I don't want you to get involved. I'll run if I have to.

Hanna moved her blue wings as she plunged in with a distant look and claimed she could get away, and Corina curiously observed the cold air coming from Fenrir's child at Leleia's side. And Diniel sulkily shoots arrows into the sky for searching, while Daryl looks at her with a half-lost look.

But as if to break such relaxed air, a dignified howl echoed around the area. In an instant, Hannah, who had a face that seemed to freeze her spine, jiggled her head as if she was rusty.

''........This is Fenrir, right?''
Maybe so.
Be prepared for a possible battle. They're not as weak as they used to be, so be alert. But we'll have to wait and see first.
"Hm.
'Wishes for swiftness, wishes for protection. Prayer.

Hearing Leleia's instructions, Corina quickly layered her support skills on top of each other, and Daryl tightened his grip on the large shield as if to get his spirits up. Then the forest in the northwest direction froze as it eroded, and Fenrir, the white wolf, appeared as he slid across the white ground. His eyes were like looking at an enemy that was completely aiming at his own child, and Korina gulped and salivated raw in the face of his overwhelming killing intent.

''I have no intention of harming you here.

That's what Leleia said, but Fenrir's vicious expression did not relax. It's a good idea to be able to have a good time with them.

''Wah!''

But in such an air of even murderous intent, Fenrir's child was running in circles around Leleia, squealing happily. And although Fenrir's eyes rolled back at the sight of the magic bag attached to Leleia's waist being sweetly chewed and pulled, he still didn't let his guard down.

''Byah.''

Then the salamander with a knowing look on his face also let out a goofy squeal that seemed to drain the venom out of him. Fenrir turned his chin upward with a distrustful glance at such a salamander and sniffed as if to say it was trivial.

''Bi, bi-bi-bi-ya!

Salamander seemed to be angry at that lickety-split attitude, but that relaxed the air between them a lot. And then Leleia put down her rapier, which was naturally poised, and approached Fenrir, raising her hands to show that she had no hostile intent. The child who is biting into her magic bag like that is also following while being lightly dragged along.

Your child is under our protection, but as I said before, there is no hostility.

Fenrir gave a little look of understanding at Leleia's words, then lifted the child's neck in his mouth gently with a snap. Then, after snarling as if to say don't leave anymore, he slid away on the frozen ground.

''Well for now, it's all over for now, isn't it?''
'But that's as far as it goes. But this is the first time I've had this kind of relationship with Fenrir's parents and children, especially children, so there might be some changes. When we've explored a bit further, shall we try to contact the runpage-elephant?

While Daryl and Leleia are discussing such a consultation, Diniel disappointedly slumped his shoulders and then pointed in the direction where there were fewer monsters.

''Wah!''
..........

But ten minutes later, another pretend, tail-wagging Fenrir kid and some awkward-looking parents showed up.

 oooh.

It seems that Fenrir's children took a liking to Leleia when they first bumped into her and concocted an egoistic plan to get their mother to join their side. I'm sure you'll be pleased to know that I'm not the only one who's interested in this.

''It's pretty big to be able to hide a child over here.
They may stare at you if you move too much, but it's better than being dead! So please don't stare at me like that!
..........

Even when Tsutomu and I explored the 92nd level several times to gather materials, Diniel and Hannah had tried to help Fenrir's child. But even if they approached the child, Fenrir would growl at them as if to warn them, and if they still came close, they would be recognized as enemies. That's why we couldn't do anything about the child here, but only today, when an event that had never happened before, there was no problem touching it if it was not Diniel.

Besides, the strength of Fenrir and his son, who were also located at the back boss of the ninety-two levels, was considerable, and this was the most advanced exploration so far. Fenrir, who reigned at the top of the pyramid, hunted even the fire dragons like a small fish, and the kids had exactly the middle strength, so there was no need to protect them excessively that much.

He was now able to coordinate his battles more and more, and he was already accepting of Corina's supportive recovery. And even against Hannah, who was moving around, he could be seen refraining from range attacks so as not to apply ice magic to her.

The only thing that is left over from the monster's materials is that Fenrir and his friends eat them, but they are not that interested in the magic stones, so they are able to secure profits. Korina and the rest of the PTs were making good progress on the 92nd level, but in the afternoon, they faced a problem.

''Will this relationship be reset once we leave...?''
I'm sure you do.
'It's a pity we got along so well, isn't it? Besides, will I ever see this girl again so conveniently?

Leleia ponders with a subtle expression on her face as Corina pats the head of Fenrir's child, who seems to have missed her completely with her chin resting on her lap. Then Daryl popped up from beside her.

''We've recorded some places, but we won't know if the same thing will happen again until we verify it. But since it was done once, I think it's best to believe it can be done and return once. Even if we stay in the dungeon, we can't be prepared for it.
Yes. And we'd like to get our stuff ready for the guild.
I guess so. Well, at worst, I'd like to continue, but not forever.

The Infinite Circle currently dives into the divine dungeon in the morning and returns to the guild once in the afternoon, most of the time. If I don't have the funds or time to spare, I may dive straight into the dungeon with some portable food, but even so, I can't avoid the physiological phenomenon.

Since the God's Eye itself can be manipulated, there is no need to worry about it being reflected on the God's Table, but it's not very desirable. It is common knowledge in the searchers' world that you should leave the dungeon and open the god's table for no reason, because the crowd does not like you to occupy the god's table for no reason.

However, there are times when it is more efficient to continue exploring within a dungeon, so a PT that emphasizes efficiency, such as Aldoret Crow, may go on a march. Nevertheless, recently, guild facilities have been strengthened and made more comfortable, and the majority of them are returning home to avoid tactless speculation from spectators.

And Hannah, who was originally a member of Aldoret Crow, had experienced such a thing, so she had replied that she could do it, although she looked uncomfortable. Daryl looked away from her awkwardly, but put his hand on his own stomach.

'I'm pretty hungry and I want to go home.'
Well then, let's go home.

When Corina, who was on board with Daryl's words, said that, the other three nodded. And when we arrived at the Black Gate of Return while fighting together with Fenrir and his son, they stopped approaching us from the middle of the road, since they were monsters.

I saw Fenrir and his son in a sitting position, looking at me from afar. After waving goodbye to them, the five of them went back to the guild through the Black Gate.
