18 . Some strange person came over

It's been a few days since we moved the Liberty Village Hall to the side of the former cave site on Mt. Gorun.

The fact that most of our construction work as a village has been concentrated in this area makes it much easier for us to make rounds and check on the situation, which has been helpful.
The settlement in the forest where we were originally located is also being worked on by the people of the village at the foot of Mt. Gorun, splitting up the work so that it can be used as a hot spring inn, just as Foldente had said it would be.
As usual, I heard that Foldente found time to soak in the hot springs whenever he had a break in the day.

Soon, the town hall building was completed, but at first there were no desks or chairs at all to put inside.
So the entire dwarven community worked together and in no time at all, the inside of the town hall was lined with magnificent shelves and desks.
The quality of the shelves and tables was beyond my expectations, and I wondered if they could be made into a specialty item.
I should talk to the dwarves about it next time.

Now that the Liberty Village Hall is up and running, I'd like to formalize the organization of the village, which had been vague and ambiguous.

The lord of the village will be me, Safate, but the official name is Gossage Free.
I've been harassed by my former father in King's Landing for various reasons, so my real name is basically not to be used outside of the village.

As a secretary, I'm a cat person (cat people), Unja.
  Mainly manages my schedule.

 As the Diplomatic Section, Foldente
Mainly, I'll be negotiating with other villages, tribes and cities, as well as being my consultant.

Alea and the others as the General Affairs Department, all the former union clerks (Ant People) in the village at the foot of Mount Gorun.
Mainly responsible for the general accounting of the village.

As the Public Works Department, Salamander Sarah (and her summoned demons)
I'm mainly in charge of civil engineering for the village - I'm mainly working on the dragon scale diggers now.

As the Building and Production Division, all the dwarven elders and dwarven men.
Mainly making houses and furniture, and armor with dragon scales.

As part of the magic department, Eldena.
Mainly making magic stones and potions

As the guard section, the Dog People, Googs, and other former village guards at the foot of the village of Gorun
Mainly maintaining security within the territory of the village

Unicorn Sisters, as the General Affairs Division.
Receiving complaints and appeals from the villagers and accepting applicants

After gathering everyone in the conference room to discuss my ideas, we decided to try it out this way for now.
Since the rooms for each department and the receptionist's office had already been set up, I asked them to think about how they should proceed with their work.

Actually, I had wanted to leave the Foreign Trade Section to Kuro, but he refused, saying, "I'm not good at that kind of stuff," but he was willing to take on the same kind of work, which I was grateful for, but I felt bad about it.

In case there is a problem in each department, they will contact me directly, and as a liaison, a hawk girl has been assigned to the secretarial department as a subordinate of Unya's.
Initially, I decided to pay for all three meals in the cafeteria at actual cost instead, as my salary does not pay so well. The wives of the dwarves were to be in charge of cooking for the time being.

The road from the town hall to the village at the foot of Mount Gorn - formerly the village at the foot of Mount Gorn - is almost complete, and construction of the surrounding buildings for shops is in progress.
All the streets are paved with cobblestones and there are squares and parks along the way.
These designs have been designed with a great deal of Foldente's knowledge.

 ........
Although the village is becoming more organized, there are still fundamental problems.

This village is located in a very remote area, and yet it does not have any special products.
We need to create something to attract travelers and caravans to such a village, but.......as expected, I can't think of a good plan that would be easy to come up with.

For now, we are in the midst of wondering if there is anything more that can be done with the sale of the armor produced using the bargained-for items from the dragon scale sedimentary layer and the prospect of earning quite a bit of profit from the sale of the armor.

Although the village's new strategy of attracting visitors had effectively fizzled out, by contrast, Sarah's excavation work on the cave site was progressing well.
She had now succeeded in creating a tunnel between the entrance of the cave and the dragon scale accumulation site, blocking out the sunlight, which allowed the dragon scales to be carried to the accumulation site even in the daytime, further speeding up the work.

As usual, the construction work around the streets can only be done at night, but some people have begun to move into the shops and houses that are already completed, and the Unicorn sisters of the General Affairs Department are working on dividing the houses into sections to accept them.
When the unicorn sisters first arrived in the village, they were so woozy that they couldn't do anything, but recently they have finally become accustomed to the village, and they have offered to let us do the general affairs work for them as well.
Both of them are good-looking, polite and personable and have a good reputation, but lately it seems that there are more and more elderly people who come to the general affairs department without any business..................

 Then a few days later.
Are you the lord here?
I was in the lord's office of the town hall, continuing to process a pile of papers, when a woman suddenly appeared in front of me.

Literally, a woman appears out of the blue.

Originally, this room is located at the far end of the town hall, so anyone who needs me must first show up at the general affairs section, and it would be strange if I didn't hear from the unicorn sisters of the general affairs section.
''Oh, it's a hassle, so let me just cut off the doorway.
As she said this, the woman lowered the huge backpack she was carrying and sighed with a huff.

The woman was a little taller than me, and although she had her long, shaggy hair pulled back in a hassle-like manner, there was no point in putting it together too much, was there? It's so spread out that it seems like a good idea. More than anything else, the jacket she was wearing caught my eye and didn't let go.
The jacket she is wearing has a huge bear's face printed on almost the entire surface, which is what is known as an animal print, but it is conspicuous and conspicuous.

I'll introduce myself again.
I'm Gianbarea. I'm an underground dungeon creator from the magical world. Well, here's a little token of your acquaintance.
As he said this, Giambalea handed me a small bag of candy in my hand.

I nodded my head as I stared at that bag of candy and Gianbarea in turn.

........Underground Labyrinth Creator (Dungeon Creator)?

I nodded my head at an unfamiliar word.
According to Jambalea's explanation, it is the people of the demon world who specialize in designing and building such underground mazes (dungeons) as caves to hide treasures and passageways under castles.
Well, all of my colleagues went back to the demon world before the destruction of the brave gate, and I'm probably the only person in this world who has created an underground dungeon.
Giambalea smiles high as she says this.

I'm puzzled, wondering what such a rare position would be like for me.
'Hey, up-and-coming new lord, how are you? Why don't you hire us? I'm going to study a lot now as an inauguration gift.
Jambalea was rubbing her hands together in front of me while saying that, with a big smile on her face.

.........or rather, what?
...and hire an underground labyrinth creator?
...Me? In this village?

I couldn't understand, and I had to roll my eyes.
