131 . Liberty Summer Festival #8

The second and final day of the Summer Festival hosted by Liberty, the frontier city, has arrived.

As this was the first festival for Liberty, everyone seemed to be moving around in confusion on the first day, but on the second day, perhaps the lessons learned from the first day had been put to good use, and everyone's movements had visibly improved.

In particular, the movements of all the guardsmen were much improved on the first day.
On the first day, it seems that the policeman's plan for the patrol wasn't well penetrated, and there were a lot of complaints that everyone was concentrating on a small part of the festival and leaving other parts of the festival unattended, but the head of the guard, Gugsu, led a meeting on the first night to improve this.
With the help of the swallow people, I asked them to report to the headquarters of the guard station on how the troops were being patrolled, and then Gugus would give orders based on that.
Perhaps because of this, on the second day, the number of complaints about security decreased dramatically.
The pickpocketing that was happening in some parts of the city had also been discovered where the money was hidden, and most of the people who had been robbed of their money were said to have their money back.
From eyewitness information, they were secretly looking for a small person in a black cloak, but they couldn't find him on the second day... Maybe he wasn't there on the second day, I thought, but if he hadn't been there on the second day, then why would the perpetrators have stolen the money once? He didn't get away with it... did they find the money before he escaped? And so on, and so forth, and so forth, and so on, and so forth, and so forth, and so forth, and so on, and so forth, and so forth.

As for me, I spent the second day in the morning dealing with visitors.

When we ended our meeting yesterday, there were still about five groups of village representatives who wanted to thank us for allowing them to participate in the festival, so we were expecting them to come in the morning.
I noticed this while sipping a cup of tea that Una had made for me and looking at the town hall, and I felt sorry for this, so I took care of it by opening the town hall a little earlier that day.

From there, though, it was the same as the first day, with visitor after visitor, with no break at all.
We were finally able to take one break for lunch, thanks to Unja's consideration, but I was already in a very tired mode at this point.

But this was the last day of the event, and there was a dinner party scheduled for the closing ceremony, and so after a certain point in the evening, Una adjusted the schedule and politely refused all the guests, but

In the midst of all this, in between visitors, he blurted out a message to me.
There's a representative from Ulinakombe here to see you.
 And that was that.

Although I could have refused before I refused other visits, Urinacombe had verbally told me yesterday that he wanted to meet with me.......and above all, I thought that El Nakotta might have entrusted me with some kind of letter of intent, and that's why I decided to meet with him at the end of the day.

........As a result, there was nothing major to say.

The woman, a representative of Urinacombe, was
Thanks for letting me join in on this one.
 And then he laughs unbendingly.
Although I briefly wondered how he would use that language on behalf of the city.
I'm glad I could help.
I ended up responding in a general way, but then this representative
I'll take this for you.
He held out an envelope to me.
When I checked the contents it was a personal letter from El Nakotta.

I was a little nervous, but

 The content was disappointingly simple.

Thank you for allowing me to attend the festival.
If there's a festival in the future, I'd like to be a part of it.

At the end of this kind of content.
Let me know if you change your mind about the Ancient Kaiju Tribe.
And although it was well written, that was all.

It wasn't El Nacotta, and I didn't think it would be a good idea to ask him too much about the root of the problem, so we exchanged a typical conversation and parted ways.
I'm going to make sure we get a good dinner party on this site.
The way he smiled and walked out of the room, I could only get the impression that he was in charge of an ordinary store...

 Urinacombe
 The Darkness of the Night
 And El Nacotta.

As I folded my arms, I wondered about the distance between this place and the frontier city of Liberty and what kind of relationship we should have in the future...
Safate, it's time to go.
As she said this, Erdena came to call me.

I hurriedly moved to the stage with Erdena.
This is where the closing ceremony is to be held, and I'm supposed to give the final speech.

The speeches from the representatives of the participants and the voices of the guests in the questionnaire were read out, and then
Finally, as I stood on the stage, I thanked all the participants and told them that I hoped to hold the same festival again next year, and then I made my closing remarks.

''I'm sorry for the tiredness, but we're going to move on to the dinner party.
Erdena handed me a glass of water, and as soon as I drank it down, she withdrew her hand and left the stage.

The number of people attending the dinner party was smaller than I had expected, perhaps because there were so many people cleaning up stalls that day.
However, it was only more than I expected, and the number of participants was quite large.

Even in this situation, all of the guards should be making the rounds of the city in the midst of clearing up, so I think I should give them something to comfort them separately at a later date.
However, the current members of the guards are all talking about the fact that the captain of the guards has gotten Lil' Pop pregnant, so if we held a drinking party at this time, it would definitely be all about that topic... or so I thought.

In the midst of all this, Erdena and I went around the hall together, greeting and chatting with all the participants.
Again, I was greeted one by one without even having time to eat.
Still, I was able to eat more than I expected thanks to Erdena's cleverness in the intervals, and she brought me drinks and food.

The meeting had been arranged to end a little early to take care of the people who were returning to the town and the village without staying overnight.

The meeting ended when I gave a short speech from the stage, and the participants left the venue in their own way.

I had the leftovers from the standing-room-only section suitably packed, and then went out to Korok's room in the dormitory.
It's my lord, my lord.
And Korok, who was still awake, greeted me at dusk with his roommates, Aura, Ela, and Tiree.
 I told Korok.
I got a bowl of rice for you guys to eat.
With that, he handed Korok the folded bag he'd gotten from the hall earlier.
He said that since he has a large body, Tiree, he's been getting more, so he's getting more, so it probably has to be something that will satisfy everyone.
Korok, there's more bears to eat.
So Korok told me to stop.

I asked Korok to share this with everyone, and I moved to the town hall.

Business is long overdue, but there are magic lights everywhere in the town hall.
Everyone was cleaning up for the day, so I went around the town hall and thanked everyone for their help.

I'm not sure if I'll be able to say a formal thank you again, but I wanted to say a few words to everyone who has been working so hard.

After going around the town hall, I went to check on the status of the cleanup of the hall... or so I thought
The guards have already confirmed the status of the cleanup, little one. Please wait for the report.
As he said this, he pulled me to my room.
"You're just so tired, please take a rest for today.
With that, Unya let me into my room and didn't move an inch from that door and place.

So I gave up on going out into the city because of Unya's forceful stance and decided to shower in my room and go to bed quietly today.
 In the shower.
Would you like me to wash your back?
I was surprised when Wunya opened the door as I got into bed, saying, "I'm sorry," and then Wunya said
Thanks for your help, little one. But you shouldn't try too hard.
Then he pecked the head of my nose and smiled at me.

I'm so glad that she's always treating me the same way, even though her status has changed, even though she thinks that I'm just a child of the house.
Hey, little man, if you want, I can sleep with you like the old days. I used to do that a long time ago.
