　Just as the sight of demons roaming outside of the controlled territory is becoming less and less common, the worst incident of all occurs in a certain country, which will later be known as the "Tragedy of the Holy Night". 　They succeeded in liberating the area inhabited by the demons who robbed them of their weapons, despite the many sacrifices they made. This is not the time for mankind to fight each other!　and a certain country, which prides itself on being the world's police force, took the initiative to destroy 'modern weapons'. 　The benefits of this evolution were tremendous, with a significant increase in ability. They also acquired several new special abilities.
　The Japanese government notified each municipality of its plan to train humans to level 50. The law also stipulates that the government will protect humans that have exceeded level 50. This bill was expected to strengthen the human race and at the same time prevent information leakage to the Demon King.

　Two full years have passed since the emergence of the dominant realm in this world - the World Salvation Project was launched. I am always amazed at the high level of humanity's ability to adapt. When the dominant realm appeared over the entire world, the entire human race fell into a state of panic. A municipality based in Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture. A politically active congregation that operates throughout Kyushu. And the Japanese government, based in Tokyo's 'mega-float'. There were other student and local government-led organizations throughout the country.

　It is not only humanity that is clearly divided between winners and losers. The Demon King (Chaos) was stronger and the winners and losers were clearer.
　In Japan, there were thirteen Demon Kings who were designated as Hazard Rank S.
