The next morning, with the exception of Cruz, who followed the adventurer's group, we investigated the goods and prices in the commercial guild and market. We're basically living close to self-sufficiency, so we thought we'd check the market price of goods here.
The bear peddler, who I would like to rely on in these situations, is down with the old man with a hangover.

'So, which way do we go first?'

The merchant group answers a question from Ilya.

''I think I'll go to the guild first.
'The market doesn't look like it's doing well early in the morning.

From what I saw yesterday, it seemed that people from the neighboring villages were setting up stalls, so I figured that perhaps there wasn't much of a shop yet in the early hours. So we talked with the children of the merchants' group and decided to sell a small amount of potions at the guild and ask them about various things.

We reached the merchant guild and when we went in, it was more crowded than we expected. I thought the market was going to be slow, so I thought the deliveries to the guild would be delayed....

''There's more people here than I expected.
You don't happen to stock up on the packages that arrived yesterday?
Okay, maybe so. So what do we do?
We'll sell the potion first and then go straight to work.

I look around the reception area and line up in an empty spot. There's no need for all of us to stand in line, so the merchant girl and I are the only ones who will be working to find the goods in the guild. I don't want to be tricked into buying something because one of the merchant's children is following me.

''Good morning. What can I do for you today?

While everyone was hanging around the guild, the line moved and our turn came around. I mentioned that I wanted to sell a few potions and the lady at the reception desk was happy to buy them. We did a number and quality check and they were fine.

Thank you so much.

He even thanked me for it. I asked him about it, and he told me that the potion is in short supply these days. The reason for this is because it is more expensive to sell them in big cities such as the royal capital than here. Not to mention, potions can carry more in size and are more expensive to begin with. So selling them in a place where there is a lot of money to be made can't be helped.
We might as well think about selling the potions over here too, we might be able to put on the legs of those step horses in a day.......

''Really, we've been in trouble lately. Even if we asked the guild in Frey's town, they don't seem to have much in stock either...''

The sister at the reception desk was still lamenting the lack of potions afterwards. The adventurer's guild and lords have been asking if they can't stock up on potions, and it seems that they are in trouble. Of course you can buy it if you pay for it, but of course it's difficult because of the budget.

''Then can you sell me something cheaper for a little more potion?

This is where the merchant boy started to negotiate. I think it's a good idea to serve as a trump card in these situations, but will this be an experience? In the meantime, the impression from the commercial guild will be good, so let's keep an eye on these negotiations. After a few minutes of continued negotiations, the deal was agreed upon more easily than I had expected. Apparently there was a surplus of wheat flour due to the bountiful harvest in the past few years. It was decided that we could purchase the flour at a discount. The guild was happy that their inventory was decreasing and that they would have room in their warehouse, so it was a good deal for both parties.
However, it seems to me that the amount of flour we need to purchase is too much, but what will we do about it?
