When Ray finishes casting a spell, red domes surround the buildings surrounded by a film of light blue light, and fire spirits in the shape of lizards are born one after another.
Tens of thousands of lizards have been created by the magic that has been poured in more than usual... no, hundreds of thousands of lizards.
Or it could even reach millions.
The fire spirit itself is small, but if the number is enough, the dome will naturally be filled with fire spirit.
the sensation of millions of tiny ants.
It's not strange that a person who knows nothing might think it disgusting.
... Lazaria, watching the scene next to Ray, turns pale in a different way.
The firepower of the clown's hideout was also tremendous.
Nevertheless, the sight of Lazaria through a hole in the earth wall is incomparable with the concentration of fire.
What will happen if magic comes into play?
No, not when magic is activated, but what happens if magic is not controlled well.
The possibility was that the slums themselves would have the power to disappear.

"Oh, it's okay, right?

As Lazaria asks anxiously, Ray nods without showing any sign of enthusiasm... he invokes magic.

"Firepower Dance"

At the moment, one of the pyrotechnics explodes, the other pyrotechnics explodes, and the next pyrotechnics explodes one after another.
Even those explosions are huge... countless explosions that you can be sure will cause too much damage to your surroundings.
However, Lazaria, who had seen the magic earlier, knew where it really was.
Lazaria could not tell by the numerous explosions, but at last the last fire spirit exploded... the next moment a flame was created inside the red dome, what could be called an explosion.
The dome of light blue light that covered the sky's hideout managed to prevent the attack of flames at first, but eventually cracks enter the dome of light.
It seemed as if Ray could hear a crackling sound in the red dome, though he could not hear it at all from the outside.
Ray knew, of course, that it would be hallucination.
At any rate, the dome of pale blue light, called the barrier protecting the hideout of heaven, lacked its defenses.

(a)

Every moment, it was a real moment, but through the raging flame in the red dome, I could see the face of a man with a desperate expression on his face just inside the blue dome.
However, perhaps because it was really an instant, Lazaria could not see it.
If you can't see it, you'd better not see it.
After deciding so, Ray says nothing to Lazaria and looks at the dome of pale blue light, which is rapidly deteriorated by the flames.
And... before long, the limit came.
The dome of pale blue light was destroyed as if the glass had been dropped, or the thin ice on the surface of the puddle had broken in winter.
Like before, Ray seemed to hear a clink, but he forgot that it was probably his imagination.
But even if the sound you hear is just your imagination, it is certain that the dome of pale blue light has broken... the explosion that was burning in the red dome extends the tongue of flame into the hideout of heavenly light.
Now that the defenses that protected the heavenly hideout are gone, there is no way to prevent it... how hot is the flame, and the moment it touches it, it starts to burn the building.
A few people escape from the building, perhaps because of that fear or because they were using the medicine themselves, but within a few steps of the building, they are swallowed up by the flames that come from nowhere and instantly turn into corpses.
Coincidentally... really Coincidentally, some people survived even if their friends were burned down.
But the person also ran a few steps away from the fear of his comrades being killed, and the next moment was burned down by the flames.

「……」

Lazaria gazes at such a scene as if it is beyond description.
He was a hateful opponent who brought drugs into the slums, but the drugs themselves had existed on a small scale for a long time ago.
It is hard for Lazaria to describe the scene of the people who spread the drug on such a large scale being burned to death one after another. It is difficult to put into words.
In any case, if the dome of light blue light, which had been protecting the hideout of the heavenly light, disappeared, the heavenly light could no longer do anything about it.
Fortunately, I can't hear the sound inside the dome of light where the flames are raging, so even if there is a voice of resentment, it won't reach Ray or Lazaria.

(However, did you put too much magic?)

While looking at the flames burning at the end of his eyes, Ray suddenly thinks so.
There is no doubt that a great deal of magic was poured into the building in order to burn it down completely.
However, I still wonder if I put too much magic into it.
The flames burning the building were so intense.
Even the expression "roaring fire" is not enough.
However, they completely extinguish the medicine in the building, burn the smoke that comes out when the medicine burns, and even burn those who escape to death if there is an underground passage."- in this case, steam it to death - so it was only natural to have this kind of flame.

"Ah..."

Lazaria mutters a little when she sees the building of heaven's light burning down in the red dome.
However, that doesn't mean that the scene inside the red dome is over.
Even though it collapsed, the building still retains its shape.
The flame in the red dome created by Ray's magic increases the intensity of the flame, saying that it does not even allow the remains of such a building to exist.
Remnants of the building...and the members of the heavenly light in it, and the medicines in it, the flames produced by Ray, turn everything into ashes one after another.
Some people are resistant to heat and flame by some means, but they are lucky... far from bad.
Is it a skill, magic item, or equipment.
I don't know why, but if this was just a fire, the resistance would have managed to get over it.
Unfortunately for them, however, the flames created by Ray's magic are not called ordinary flames.
...well, rather than being burned to death in an instant because of his high tolerance, in a sense he is able to fully recognize the scene where he is about to die.
Whoever decapitates himself with a dagger, or who paralyses his fear with a commodity medicine... or who breathes in smoke and exalts the effects of burning buildings, each follows their fate.

"If it's hard, you don't have to watch it until the end."
"No, that's what I asked you to do. ... And it's not all about what you can see through a hole in the wall."

Ray says nothing more to Lazaria's words.
Ray doesn't know exactly what it means to say that this scene isn't everything.
However, if you look at Lazaria's serious expression, you can predict that it will mean something.
There's no point in saying anything here if you don't know the situation there.
 That's probably what he decided.

(Come to think of it, the heavenly hideout is burning, but what happened to the junkies?)

Suddenly, Ray becomes concerned about this and looks around through a hole in the soil wall.
There were junkies looking at the burning hideout of heaven, as if they were speechless in a different sense from Lazaria.
The hole in the wall itself is not so big that I can't tell for sure.
However, in the eyes of the junkies, it seems to be despair and emptiness.
Or those who are still on a trip due to the effects of the medicine and cannot understand what is in front of them.

(First of all, we should get out of here as soon as possible.)

The extinction of the heavenly hideout will naturally make it impossible to obtain medicine.
If so, the future will be hell for those who depend on drugs.
...but in that sense, it might still be better to be closer to despair, for the medicine would eventually ruin him.

"Lazaria, what are you going to do with the people who are addicted to drugs? There are, as far as I can tell, quite a few of them, and it will be a big deal if they run out of drugs and go on a rampage all at the same time.

It would be good news for everyone that the light of heaven had died out and there were no more junkies.
However, it is also true that if you make a mistake in dealing with people who are already junkies, that could cause a big uproar in the slums.
What do you do with people who go on a rampage with symptoms of poisoning?
Ray didn't really understand the situation, but I guess there's a cure for taking out the medicine.
The question is whether there are people in the slums who can do it.
Ray has such doubts, but Lazaria opens her mouth, looking at the still burning hideout of heaven.

"Don't worry about that. I won't say Black Dogs are the best... but I'll do something about it. I have that kind of skill, too."

Ray is a little surprised by Lazaria, who says so without hesitation.
No, I had expected it, but I didn't expect it to be that clear.

"I see. ... Then that's not my point."

If the Black Dog can do anything about it, Ray won't help.
No, if an amateur helps out with this kind of thing, it can have the worst result.

(Oh, but around Marina, I think they'll do something about it with spirit magic.)

I thought so, but when I thought about the person leading the Black Dog, I could predict that he would not bother Marina.

"Ah!"
