Alicia whispered to herself as she kept approaching the ancient building.
"It might be possible that some Mayan people have crossed over."
"Are you sure it wasn't someone from this world's Ancient Age or the Black Gold Age who crossed over to our world?"
"I don't think it's possible to travel backwards through our world in a higher dimension than this one, is it?"

As we chatted for a moment, the giant eagle suddenly put its wings close to its sides and then a downward dive through one of the temple's skylights-like windows.
"Cut, what a pain in the ass. Hold on tight, we're almost at our destination."
"Hey, hey, hey, you're on a roller coaster?"
"Why? I'll be good...ahhh!"
I was about to say I'd land properly, but I descended just a little, and that feeling of control of my wings behind me changed to immediate disappearance, followed by a feeling of weightlessness!
Yes, it's that weightless feeling of a jumper, and just like Alicia said, we're facing a roller coaster of pleasure right now.
But it's not like I did it on purpose, because I just got a little closer to the temple, and the [No Flight] mark appeared above my name status.

I lost half my blood with a crunch, and I don't know if it was from the fall or from being crushed by Alicia.
Or maybe the two were interacting.
"Ouch...that's a strange way to land, isn't it? "
"It's obviously not my fault, is it... Can't you see that this area is [No Flying Letters]?"
"I saw that, or do you think I'd be talking to you properly right now instead of giving you a sword?"

This guy is really violent.
"Well, thank you very much for your kindness."

With a brush, Alicia drew her magic saw.
I kept shaking my head as I watched the chainsaw brush and spin.
"Okay, okay, can you please come down from up there, don't we still have to go brush up on our experience? And this looks like a relic, so there might be quite a few treasures to reap."
"Hmph! For the love of the beast."
Alicia jumped backwards onto the top of the floor behind her and took out what looked like a flashlight.
After twisting it, the thing actually emitted light as if it were a flashlight.
"Hey, hey, hey, where did you buy that flashlight."
I painfully got up from the ground and added a reply magic to myself at the same time.
"This huh? The church is selling them now oh, I took one apart, it's actually very simple in structure, a light magic crystal at the front, then a magic activation device at the back with a flash magic circuit in the middle, then touch the activation device at the back every 30 seconds to keep it light."
"...Well, let's have Dale make one with electricity the next time he meets him, this is just a waste of light crystals."
"That's right."
"But looking at the shape, the person who designed it should be from our world as well, right, which means there are people from our world in the church as well? Let's hope it's not Snake Eyes that's sent in, we've got enough trouble as it is."
"Okay."
Alicia took a flashlight and swept around the scene, based on what we saw, the interior of this temple should be a stone structure, and there didn't seem to be any other light source visible above the passageway, not even a light.
The passageway led straight to both sides, and there was no end in sight at all when we shone our flashlights over it.
"This does seem like a strange place."
Alicia said as she took out another flashlight and handed it to me.
"Thank you, so what do we do next? Turn the place upside down?"
"Of course it is, otherwise it would be a waste of time, wouldn't it?"
"So which way do we go? I can't see which way that giant eagle went."
Both sides of the passageway were spacious, and the passage was roughly a square with a side length of five meters.
The giant eagle just now could move around directly inside the passage even if it couldn't fly, but I couldn't see which way it was going.
"En..."
Alicia sniffed the air, then said.
"This temple seems to have been open for a long time, the last time I went inside an old temple I could smell badly of mold, but this one is pretty much empty... By the way, the giant eagle went this way."
Pointing to the passage to the left, Aria started to walk that way.
"Did your sense of smell become keen even after you were able to change into a wolf?"
I hurried to follow.

Alicia turned her head to the wall and shone her flashlight at it.
"...nothing, what do you see?"
"Inside my vision, this wall says indestructible eh."
"Indestructible?"
Alicia would walk to the wall, jerking the dagger at her waist and stabbing the wall.
"Eh? There sure is! The rules that exist here have actually reached such a high level?"

No, no, no, it always feels like, indestructible walls or something, isn't that a similar situation to the game we used to play?
Walls that can't be destroyed, locks that can't be opened by the plot, prison cages that clearly look wider than they are but don't go out, and so on.
