There's something called the "Collar of Enslavement. It's said to be an artifact that was originally an artifact, a magical tool that the great wizard of Sandra succeeded in mass producing hundreds of years ago.
　It was originally created to subdue ferocious and unusable magical beasts, but before long it was used by humans.
　At first, they were criminals. However, the collar eventually created a "slave" in this country.

　Most of them are criminals, peddled or made into slaves by legal (in this country, that is) means. But some of them are still bad guys.
　The bandits and the slavers get together, and the bandits attack the villages and rob them of their money and goods. And the slavers' illegal acquisition of young girls by the slavers was apparently rampant in the dark.
